You will be encouraged to mentor, both technically and professionally, less-experienced team members in systems engineering processes related to the testing of avionics components for liquid propulsion rocket engines. This includes sharing lessons learned across the blue engines programs to continuously improve how Blue Origin tests and supports its controller/avionics hardware throughout development and production.Īs part of a diverse and hardworking team of specialists, you will be responsible for the employee life cycle including performance management and career development, training and allocating engineering resources to program developments. You will work with the Engines Design Office and your team to establish technical standards and develop long-term roadmaps for testing architectures/capabilities.
